Weirdo fidgety crappy fist pump man won the election for mayor in my town, compared to sleek ads, national party backed incumbent.

Like, seriously, I saw one ad of him repeatedly, and he’s walking down a street complaining about the incumbent (things that realistically aren’t their fault) while making weird fidgety movements with his right hand, he has a weird pause in the middle of a sentence, and then a really quite embarrassing little fist pump movement with his left hand right at the very end. It eventually got to the point I couldn’t look at anything other than his hands when it came on.

Nah it… it was like someone who had heard what a fist pump was, thought it sounded like a cool thing to do but had never actually seen one done.

Combined with the fidgeting it was like he was sending a secret message in the advert, it was that subtle.

What I'm confused about here is the nuisance that elephants pose. I mean, I know if they get into your booze stockpile they can enact a drunken rampage but surely you can just keep them away from the hard liquor somehow. And I thought they tend to leave humans alone too. Do they just walk on houses for fun or something?

No, they BREAK the walls to access the stuff inside. Elephants are wicked smart and tend to be return customers.

I'm NOT advocating the killing of elephants mind you. Quite the contrary. Just saying that I can understand that living next to them probably has implications for your day to day life.
