It's not oversharing human gang over tick gang 4ever, fuck them but that tick in particular.

I've never been bitten by a tick, but also I haven't been able to forget about their existence when near high grass etc since I was 8 or so, I'm allways shaking my self like a wet dog and doing a few swipes down the legs if I had to traverse danger zones.

It's been a really, really bad year for ticks here too. The animals are getting ticks all over them all the time. Pesticides in the lawn doesn't help. No tick-borne diseases around here according to the vet, though.

It's been a long time since I've had one actually bite me, tbh


@Mctraveller, you probably should have buried that with the shovel. Avian flu has been killing lots of bird populations, and any scavengers might get infected. But be safe, definitely.

Our yard is infested with ticks. The overgrown lawn doesn't really help. But it's also a general problem in this area, so even with a mowed lawn there'd be a hell of a lot of those buggers.
