I ran into my old boss while biking on the nature trail today. It was nice to see her, I thought I'd feel much more anxiety over bumping into her, but I guess I was too winded from trying to outrace (and lose to) some other guy on a bike earlier.

Baking soda also works to an extent, just mix it 1-1 with sugar and they'll get confused and eat both.

Which can either be a useful hack or an unhelpful factoid depending on how relatively expensive those ingredients happen to be in your area. 2.5kg here costs more than 6kg in the US
