I once knew someone who said she cut the ears, whiskers, and a little bit of butt hair off of her deceased pet hamster and framed them to look like a "face." I no longer believe the ear part... it was middle school haha.

Sure they have? Fur, pillow or otherwise stuffing, whatever. Reusing human hair for other things isn't super common outside wigs (mostly because we just don't have particularly great fuzz for other stuff, far as I'm aware), but it shows up occasionally. Idle google check to see if there's any dedicated vendors (didn't see any, but I also didn't look too hard) shows there's currently ongoing research into potential uses, commercial and otherwise, as well as occasional projects or historical artifacts that use human hair as a material.

I already had many reasons to dislike the Victorians and their ideals. The fact that they endorsed hair jewelry is yet another reason.

More macabre actually.

Most hair jewelry was created from the hair of the recently deceased, specifically lovers and children.  When taken in stride with the fact that they were putting enough arsenic on their walls to kill everyone in the nation (not an exaggeration), in addition to the other systemic problems their society was causing, it makes total sense that some kind of market would INEVITABLY crop up concerning the deceased.

The victorian fixation with "Stuff!" just provided a perfect incubator for it.  Why just keep photos of Uncle Nicknack, when you can keep Uncle Nicknack's mustache in a glass dome on your mantle!

Here's a neat glitch I found in BoTW: there's this tiny vertical patch of phantom water that you can drown in, south of Dragon Bone Mire in the bird-people village area. It's on a cliff. You can even use Link's ice powers to create a column of ice, and he'll collide with it in an odd way. Not sure if emulator-specific or not, so I'm putting the emulator window in.



Edit: I tried replicating this glitch after fast-traveling, and I couldn't get the ice thing to appear again. Did I just experience a Heisenbug?

(If you're asking how I got 60 FPS on a game that should only run at 30 FPS, it's a graphics pack in Cemu called "FPS++". Good shit.)

I have it for both wii-u and switch.  I can perform due dilligence if you want.

It's emulating a Wii U, so I'd start with the Wii U version. I messed about in the mud pools in Dragon Bone Mire, drowning in it a few times before I got to the glitchy cliff wall-water, if that helps.
