Anyway, I feel like I'm in a mild midlife crisis due to previously mentioned unsolicited career changes.  And I get approached by a company looking for a director-level position, and I'm both humbled and frighteningly interested, because it doesn't seem like a giant multinational, and the vision they claim to have on the company website looks to align with my interests and not a compromise....  ???

Just found the Bay 12 History post, and am feeling all kinds of weird after reading it. Perhaps this is more fit for the sad thread but not only do i fear getting that in my "new replies" list but it was particularly heavy there today :/

If only I kept getting more socks. Here, sometimes unattended objects mysteriously disappear, sometimes something appears somewhere it has no business being.

I remember nail scissors disappearing from the living room. I also remember finding a bottle of CuSO4 between water bottles when I needed it for destroying some mold. I was the only human in the house at the time and I know it was not there the evening before.

What I remember is an about 30ml plastic bottle. However, as I can not find it, I may just be misremembering things. Either that, or I used all of it.

Since I did found a 0,5l glass bottle of CuSO4 solution while looking for the tiny bottle, misremembering is more likely.
