Is this the feature that Firefox is lacking?

But does the hog consent to being rammed by a flaming fox?

I still can't make sense of how consistently I forget to fucking BLINK whenever I get focused too much on something, which is I guess a natural reaction to playing way too much project wingman tonight.

But what really confuses me is how my left eye feels dry and sore despite it not actually being there for years. I can't remember that happening before and now I'm really confused.

Wait, Gunner-Chan is a one-eyed badass? How have I missed this part of the B12 lore?

I mean not really, like sure I'm missing an eye but I'm still just a weirdo that spends too much time on her computer playing random games and watching vtubers.

And missing an eye is kind of annoying since I kinda wanna get into VR since H3VR looks fun, but well you know, one eye.

How does not having an eye make it to where you can't do VR?

Hmm. Might make using certain gun sights more annoying, because you'd usually have one eye down the sights while the other has an unobstructed view.

The thing is in reality I could teach myself to shoot just fine, but I'd be hoping both the person making a game I want to play and the headset I'm using is going to be compatible with whatever back of the brain depth and perception fuckery I did to myself to do that.

Without stereoscopic (2-eyed) depth perception, isn't half of the point of VR kinda moot? It's supposed to give you this 3D effect, and without the depth perception, it's not exactly happening.

Despite having 2 eyes, I don't have depth perception because my left eye's lazy and too misaligned to enable depth perception. I used a (crappy) VR headset once, and all I thought was "this is cool, I guess, but I'd prefer looking at this on a screen". I see about as much 3D on a screen as I do on a VR headset. 3D movies with those special 3D glasses confuse the hell out of my brain, since I know it's supposed to have an effect, but all I'm getting is "what?".

Is your experience roughly the same as mine, then? Having only one eye would prevent the whole depth perception thing from happening.

On the other hand, if you could hack the game to only display for one eye, you might get better performance? :P

Jesus, that sounds like something LowSpecGamer might suggest to get a VR game to run on the Athlon 3000G. I can already imagine it: "A lot of the GPU load of the game is due to the fact that it must render 2 eyes-worth of screen. To increase our FPS further, you may want to disable rendering entirely on one eye."

It is a little known secret that people with eyepatches are able to perceive reality at higher FPS.

Also as someone who played AR stuffs, I feel like the point of VR is the haptics and head tracking more than the fancy-schmancy 3D rendering.

Buuuut I'd say that seeing VR in 2D won't really boost your performance that much because I get the feeling there's more to VR's intensiveness than just having two cameras.
