I'm just a support guy. I've regularly complained about how I end up getting dumb custom work requests from our customers....but in this meeting I got a front row seat to how it happens. Hard to argue with a customer on a conference call with 4 other people and another 3rd party vendor. Dude threw such a shit fit the other 3rd party vendor chipped in and was like "Uh, thanks to you guys for being so responsive and professional on this project."

Still frustrating that our customers are such cheap bastards and literally do not understand anything we do for them, so when something isn't the way they want it they just expect it's a bug and they shouldn't be charged for it.

Verify that your sales people are not telling lies about the product.  Thats a common source of this kind of headache.

My WTF is that I can't find all the old notes and documents from classes I took and I carefully held on to.
