Like, the shape was regular bicycle looking. It was too dark to see super well and I like don't take my eyes off the road when I'm driving, though, so I couldn't actually tell if there was a motor. I'd assume so what with the fireball cosplay, but maybe something stranger was happening, I'unno.

Well then clearly he had bound a primal spirit of fire into the frame of his bicycle, and the binding was coming undone.
