What's the name of the book out of curiosity? It seems quite interesting.

Like said, don't remember. I might be able to find out tomorrow but i wouldn't bank on it. "Inventoried" in this case means noted in a spreadsheet and then stuck back in the storage closet, there's not much or any commentary on individual book content.

Still... pretty sure the author's last name started with an S? Used first/middle/last, so three names total. Might have been jewish, too, and they definitely wrote other books/were decently well known. You might manage to find something if you look for popular jewish fiction authors from like the 50s, 60s.

Here it is. Enemies, a Love Story, by Issac Bashevis Singer. Apparently got adopted to film at some point, even.

C'mon, it's not that hard! It can be expensive, sure, but in my experience it is far less expensive in the States, heh.
Also I am curious as to what your Lavender Town is. The name of a Discord or something? Mysterious.

Heat Signature is a game. Probably the most well known lavender town in the world (i.e. the one rol's likely talking about) resides in the Kanto region

I figured "they" must have been the inhabitants of the Lavender Town in question, and since I didn't remember cussing of any kind in the ol' Pokemon games I figured we must have been talking something else! Needless to say, your post just now confused the heck outta me for a moment, heh.

I'm currently off my stimulants, and at this point, I'm so chill, I could fall asleep if I zoned out for a couple of minutes. There should be this voice in my head telling me that I'm not doing enough Stuff, but it's oddly absent today.
