I know, I've gotta go duvet + sheets shopping tomorrow, but still... I'm exhausted. Just, this whole debacle has been a huge drain. Bluh.


And now I get back to the hotel room and find that the in-room desk has decided that the weather has been entirely too hot and it needs to shed the entire sheet of whatever-it-is that serves as the shiny smooth top of the surface. It's just lifted up at all corners. I only noticed this now. What the actual fuck?

EDIT: Motherf-... I left my meds and toothbrush at the apartment. Dammit, I was just getting comfortable!

Look, I know everyone has a different opinion on what's hot and what isn't, but people use celcius and you're going to have to deal with that.

I think the gatekeeping is related to implying that 30 is very hot instead of just hot.

Fairness where it's due, over 86f leaves a lot of room to reach 'very hot'. It's certainly past the point of being particularly comfortable regardless.

Poor bastard described would bleed out anywhere around my part of the world, though. That's most of the year.

Getting out of the shower just now, I look at the steam buildup on the mirror, and in three places where steam hadn't condensed on the mirror I could clearly see shapes of silhouetted cartoonish faces. Not something I see every day.
