Split into two parts, the Metsa Village will be opening in Novemeber this year. Metsa means forest in Finnish and they hope this free-to-enter area next to the Moomin Valley park will bring a slice of the Scandinavian lifestyle to the Greater Tokyo area.

I heard from a Finnish person that they apparently sometimes use a rating scale that goes from 4 to 10, with 10 being the highest and 4 being the lowest.

I grow more and more convinced that these people do not actually exist.

Nah, they use 7-10.

Unless they really don't like a game, in which case they can make an exception for 1/10. But not any rating higher than that.

In my experience everything from 1 to 5 can come up for something that's complete broken garbage. Just depends on how broken and how garbage it is.

Bethesda is a major, AAA dev though. They don’t release broken garbage, they release things too early and then work to fix it until they think they can get away with not supporting it anymore.
