You can't, not without sounding like a right true moron. And knowing the them the Å will be next, they'll turn it into an Aaaaaah or something. Typical stockholmers, they ruin everything they get their hands on.

(Granted, the campy fennoswede accent I use is probably a disgrace to Swedish as well...)

I'm not sure who you were talking to... The subways has been automatic since the early 00's. Some say the ghosts of the old laid of personel still haunt their old locales, though.

I've got an upcoming trip to my company's Swiss location with a coworker. We were given a date and told to talk it over with our respective families before coming in with a yes or no tomorrow.

My coworker called me after work, asking if he could change my mind. The date suggested is not a good time for his wife and they'd really rather do it over Thanksgiving.

What the fuck. You want me to agree to spend Thanksgiving by myself so your fucking family can go with you for a little vacation? No fucking thanks. I'd kind of like to spend time with my own family.

Another morning with shitty, exhausting dreams, and I lay in bed for a long time feeling like crap and thinking that my alarm for 10 must have failed to go off and I was gonna get a late start to the day.

After managing to clear my eyes enough to be functional, I checked my phone and... it's 8:30 in the morning. I haven't been up this early in... I can't even remember.

Trying to sleep in some more is definitely going to fuck me up for the rest of the day. Getting up now is going to fuck me up later, in the middle of the day. Shit.

Just discovered the tale of Crazy Hassan from /tg/.

At first I just saw a link to a page titled "Hassan", from an image depicting a nomadic-lookin' dude with a camel meeting Old Man Henderson, and for one crazy moment I wondered if the Hassan from my old campaign had somehow managed to go viral and ascend to the meme pantheon of tabletop RPGs.
Sadly, no, its origins are quite different. Now, though, I can't help but wonder if the player of my Hassan (the whacky, combat-effective, camel-riding druid with a predilection for dates, beheadings and camel-poop-filtered coffee who began as a PC but became a DMPC when his player stopped attending, simply because the DM and the rest of the table loved the character too much to lose it) was inspired by the meme when creating his character. He didn't sell camels, but he certainly talked about them a lot.

I will likely never know.

A friend said they found them in a dumpster so dropped them off. If it's the same ones I'm thinking about they are the most productive bins around - most of my plates and bowls came from there too.
