If it's russia, I wouldnt put my name on the vote anyway.  That's a good way to get a van-ride like kasperov did.

And what?
Spontaneously commit double-tap suicide?

If you're gonna go waking the sheeple, make sure your tinfoil hat is bulletproof.

It's not like I really care about the government or freedom or whatever..

I'm not sure whether you're being sarcastic?

If not, then life is full of barriers at the best of times. A worldview in which freedom is not important must be like looking at the bars of your cage and saying that they go with the decor.

Exactly this. What's the point if I would never express anti-authoritarian opinions in the first place, because I don't have any? Why would I kill myself if I am perfectly content?

Tinfoil protects against lasers. It would need to be some kind of tinfoil/tungsten (kevlar is a lie perpetuated by big pharma)

There is, of course, no need to throw yourself in front of (for instance) a horse. Or even to put your name to a ballot. But it is just such complacency as you are displaying which lets the situation degenerate. Even though you are content within the limits imposed, others are not. Further, the cage bars are not static. They are constantly moving, constricting. And why? Because defeatism ties your hands.

Anyway, I understand why you would just sit back and shrug your shoulders. I may even do the same in your place, I simply do not know. But I do see it as a cause of the problem.

Guess how I feel about all of this. Just you, guess. I'm planning to move in a few years, but for reasons other than lack of freedom.

Before you leave the country, (as in, just hours prior), is your big chance to paint the town red. :P

We are talking full Putin getting sodomized by a grisly bear, while showing those brilliant white man-boobs of his. I bet I could make you a quality stencil of such a scene in fact-- just ask me. :)

Do you really want to miss out on such a delightful opportunity, where there is shit all the secret police could do about it once you leave their territory?

Russia has unpleasant tendency to kill people they don't like even on foreign soil.

This is true, but IIRC, KittyTac has dual citizenship with the USA?  I know trump likes to give fellatio to Putin every chance he gets, but even he would have a hard time if a big snit was made about extraordinary rendition off of american soil, to russia.

This. The FSB has agents (or is collaborating with other flavors of secret police) in most major countries.

No, I don't. You may be confusing me with someone?
