Oh man, that movie is some truly essential baked viewing.

See, that's the thing, I'd really like to cook up something delicious and get baked, pun intended (he typed from his work computer), but I'm always driving or working or doing something else, and my mandatory drug testing should be happening soon, so I'm holding off, and then it'll be something else and osmething else after that, and before I know it I'll be 60 and wishing I had ever taken something more exciting than paracetamol (which I rarely take, because I believe in keeping it reserve for proper pain, not simple headaches or other mild pains).

You shouldn't need drugs to have fun. And if you're not having fun without drugs, you probably won't have with them either.

(Also re: drug conversion, recently had someone close and very upper-middle class get into chippy meth (At the age of 18) which is causing possibly one of the quietest nosedives of all time so that's neat.

See, you're looking at this all wrong.
If you are capable of having fun without drugs, think of how much fun you could have with them! So many people go their entire lives without realising the smallest fraction of their potential and it is truly rather tragic.

Hmmm...  Not "baked" in the traditional sense but you could try salvia divinorum.   It's not normally tested for, and is a potent ethno-hallucenogen.

It's also a pretty ornamental shade plant, that you might be able to convince others is spade basil. ;P (or even Catnip!)

New, unrelated WTF: I have stayed up past two AM and need to get up at probably... eight or so, in order to give myself plenty of time to wake up, gather my belongings and head home, freshen up and proceed on to an appointment.
The kind of appointment that involves a lot of talking about things, and stuff. I will have to chug some serious amounts of sadly non-alcoholic energy drinks or something, I guess.
Stupid bus and train services, ending so early at this time of the week...
Also I'm not sure why I italicized "proceed" back there. Perhaps I am more tired than I realised.

Oh yeah, and watching a couple episodes of this 'Maniac' show with friends was a bit of a WTF, too. I think I like it? I am going to sleep now.

There are still tadpoles in the garden pond. Normally they're all done and gone months before now.

There's only half a dozen or so I can see, but it's really weird to see any at this point.

That reminds me! Saw a video of someone bathing their pet toads the other night. Considering cane toads are the only toads I can recall ever having seen in non-cartoon form before, their appearance was quite a surprise.

Local pub I frequent simply doesn't sell energy drinks at all, neither mixed nor straight. They also don't sell alcopops, because if you want a Bacardi and soda you can damn well order one.

Meanwhile, the army pub up in northern Norway which was the worst kind of dive and didn't stock ice cubes or limes, THEY were more than happy to hand you a vodka-battery or other such unsafe swill.

The kind of bar where asking for a black russian makes the fellow behind the bar go "lol what's that", read the cheat-sheet pinned to the wall, and then serve you a half/half vodka/kahlua in a shotglass.

Also the climate routinely reached -30 degrees celsius, they could've just stepped outside and picked some goddamn ice off the ground.
