What confuses me here is thst I read a report regarding reddit and moderation saying that even when the members move to another reddit, if the reddit isn't as much of an echo chamber, they adjust their behavior, hiding their most objdctional bs.

The consensus is that she saw a Syrian refugee fam on the street, tried to convince the mom to give her the boys so they could watch movies at a hotel, then agreed the mom could come but not the dad, then when they decided to move to get away, she said they were trafficking.
