Been trying different quorn products, and I have to say... Not impressed.

The chicken slices are the only thing I'd buy again. They don't taste like chicken, but more like chicken-mushroom soup. The sausages I just had tasted almost like they almost tasted like sausage. And that wasn't me having a stroke there, they aren't quite at the point of being like sausage but not.

There are some banging Buddhist restaurants in Malaysia I've been to where you'd swear you're eating roast pork or duck but it's all made out of beans. Now the beef tastes like beans disguised as beef, but the pork, duck & chicken? If you weren't told it was beans, you'd not know. Wish I knew how they made it though

‘cause they want something that tastes like meat but doesn’t have the bad things that meat can do to you and the environment, plus no guilt from the ethical concerns of something having to die so you can enjoy your dinner :p
