And would they be preserving the cysts? Presumably a fluid-filled cyst looks different from a solid mass on imaging, so there wouldn't be call for a biopsy to determine malignancy. Dunno why you'd use preservatives on something that's just going to get incinerated, but I am also not a doctor, so I wouldn't know.
 

In general anything you remove from anywhere will get samples sent to pathology/whatnot.  Final world about the malignancy of something is seldom-to-never established by imaging (I can tell you that I have refused more than once to take over cases that only had a "radiological" diagnosis, and for good reason ). I don´t think any surgeon would be willing to risk missing a malignant lesion by virtue of not sending a sample to pathology. For that matter, even if you thought you might not need pathology, you would keep containers around in case you di

My snake bit me today. Not super surprising in itself, pets bite from time to time, but this is the first time he's done it, or even tried to do it apart from once when he was small and wasn't able to see well due to shedding at the time. So that's about 2 and a half years or so till first bite.

Didn't hurt, but it did take me by surprise. He was fine when I took him out of his viv just after, so I've no idea what brought this on.

Playing 7 Days to Die. I've holed up in what appears to be a fishing shack. Cleared the zombies inside(died once, had to sneak back) by breaking open a hole in the wall next to the door and kneecapping them while they were distracted with the door, and decided to camp there for the night. I bring in a flaming barrel I find outside so I can see.

At some point in the night, I decide to start breaking down the walls for iron, which I sorely need(need iron to make a pickaxe to mine iron). I'm chipping away at the wall, and suddenly a zombie comes charging by. I'm already panicking, and then another zombie zooms by. Then another, then some more. None of them make any sound. Bear in mind, I'm in a building partially built over water, and I'm by the door which is facing out towards the water. I'm assuming these zombies are homing in on me, because there's literally no reason for them to by coming by the door. However, they don't decide to pop in and say hi.

A few moments of caution, and I decide to peek out see if they're just camping the door waiting for me to come out, or if there's more coming. Nothing to my right(where they came from), nothing to my immediate left. I step outside, and look down the lake's shore, and see several more zombies running that direction(bad on the devs, I see them de-spawn in the distance as well). Apparently, when they aren't trying to kill you, the zombies get together to run marathons!
