Yeah leeches are pretty handy for blood flow stuff. I remember seeing a guy getting facial reconstruction with a few leeches on his face to help blood flow in the area that had been rebuilt a few years back.

We also use maggots for cleaning out injuries sometimes. Some types only eat dead flesh, so we drop a few sterile ones into infected wounds and they eat all the necrotic tissue.

Maggot therapy is kind of bullshitty for what I've read. More painful and not better than surgical debridement. Also maggots are apparently less picky than people think about eating healthy tissue

Today has been full of drunks. One drunk guy fell asleep and out of his chair in the gambling room and another guy literally just walked up to our door, fell over, got up, opened one door then the other, waved at me, and stumbled away. He also dropped a full glass bottle of liquor on the ground outside, i cant go out and clean it up because literally all my coworkers and my boss walked out the door and i honestly dont know what theyre doing.
