Is it just me, or has FG&RP slowed down a lot?

I recall it being very active a few years ago, and now it's... well, pretty slow compared to back then.

The freeform roleplayers migrated to isolated Discord servers, lured by the promise of rapid posts and endless ERP, and were never seen again. Perhaps one day a brave explorer will mount an expedition to discover what became of their efforts.

Pool tables are also smaller, assuming you have a full size snooker table.

I started out on the upper boards and eventually ventured down here, into the darkness, then went deeper and deeper, coyly playing with FG&RP before ending up in the mafia boards. Mafia around here is pretty much done, which is sad, but we've still got good ol' GD and the pol threads.

I very rarely go up top anymore. I think that's what cave adaptation feels like...

I got into live tabletop RPGs and those have basically supplanted forum games in my heart since they scratch the itch a lot better, but I still feel like I should do an RTD again at some point just to get back into regularly exercising those writing muscles.
