But to be serious, even without the iron grip of the emperor Pu of Tin dynasty, all candidates/parties suck:
Communist Party of Russian Federation are sellouts. They decided to go and lick Russian Orthodox Church's ass, even though true communist will never support religious reactionaries like ROC.
Liberal-Democratic Party is "liberal" and "democratic" in-name only.
United Russia is lead by Emperor Pu Tin.
The other two major parties... I don't know anything about their political stance, but it's safe to say they're corrupt/incompetent/stupid/combination of all three.

What's your opinion on Navalny? I know he's been blocked from running, but he's arguably the most high profile (and apparently considered the most dangerous to Putin) opposition candidate over there. I don't know much about him other than that he's been a longtime and vocal opponent to Putin.

Also makes me wonder about what the candidates would be like after the end of Putins next term. Rumor is that the next one will likely be his last term due to term limits or something.

Navalny would make a better president than 98.9% of the people in our government, that's for sure. It's a shame that the majority considers him a "Western shill" (No proof of the shill-ery, of course, other than a made-up one by our brave media!).

As for the next candidate from UR, Medvedev, of course. They'll just switch places until Medvedev kicks the bucket, then Emperor Pu Tin will find a new bootlicker for switching governmental seats. Remember, Putin already was a president for two terms (2000-2004 and 2004-2008).

The Almighty Emperor found a loophole in our constitution, which allowed him to put his candidature in the infamous 2012 elections. If there was no loophole in the first place, Pu Tin couldn't even put his candidature, so the new president after the current elections will almost certainly be Medvedev, unless someone hacks the election.

I was playing a Republican character who was a successful alchemist, was in four different secret societies, two of them as head. Anyways, after building an observatory, he stumbled onto the necronomicon, and went subsequently possessed and crazy. Thematically I thought it would be in-character to have him join the cultists. He was eventually caught and burned at the stake after he came out as gay (at the age of 142, after having... 10 wives? 30 children? Better late than never I guess), and his distant kinsman inherited most of his titles and the family manor...
you know, this Crusader Kings 2 game is starting to seem a prequel to Ghostbusters 2, Darkest Dungeon, or both.

Related to that, I got impaled on my thumb by a splinter of broccoli, specifically the little round leaf things part.
