Oh, that's too bad.
Just relax and try to enjoy yourself. Doesn't matter how you do that; mainly I enjoy the lectures and stuff like that, but others like independence/drinking/whatever the dratted young do these days. Whatever makes you happy, really, is what university is about, IMO.

Was watching my fish today and I only just noticed how strange hillstream loach mouths are. They're a sucker mouthed algae eater like plecostomas, which isn't weird at all, the weird thing is that when they feed the front half of their head goes concave as they contract their mouth. It's rather odd to see their forehead basically pulsate as they wiggle over the tank ornaments.

As I've mentioned before, my diet's pretty bland by necessity- no chicken or turkey, no more than a little guac, some raw fruits/vegetables are no-go (celery, peaches, bananas, maybe carrots?, plums), hazelnut will probably kill me if consumed(nutella), and milk makes my stomach bloated and uneasy.

Like it's any wonder I don't want kids, these genes blow.

Life has other flavors. Usually hot, caffeinated, or alcoholic. I'm much more a beverage connoisseur than foodie. Didn't stop today's pumpkin spice latte from making me uncomfortable, though.

In one post, you made me suck it up about my lactose intolerance.

And here I am, only "allergic" to shellfish and formerly-allergic to bees.
As in shellfish gives me debilitating nausea for several hours (I tested it years later, on election day, and it still happened.  And I *loved* clam chowder...)
And I assume beestings won't tighten my throat anymore, if all those needles actually worked.  Haven't been pestered since I started avoiding sweet drinks for diabetes reasons.

As far as I know, there's absolutely nothing wrong with me. I have good eyesight, alright hearing, no allergies, and a fighting-fit metabolism.

The idea of having an allergy is disconcerting. Something random to be my kryptonite? No thank you.
