Here's a though - take a look at the growth of installed wind power over the last few decades, and notice how well it correlates with the growing strength and frequency of tropical storms.
The conclusion is so obvious, it's probably only thanks to the fluoride in water supply that people miss it: the windmills are causing the hurricanes! And the more hurricanes we get, the more IPCC shills will tell us it's due to global warming, and the more windmills will be built to counteract the imaginary threat - leading to more hurricanes. I mean, wake up sheeple!

I was thinking the same. There's a lot of potential harvestable energy on this planet that doesn't involve burning liquid dinosaur. On a similar note, would it be possible to use the Gulf Stream or some other ocean current as a source of power? PRE-EDIT: Apparently I'm not the first to think that.

Looks pretty satirical though, and from the other articles around, it's generally satire. It's like a satirical spin on real things, though there is other silly stuff like 'Rocky and Bullwinkle defect to Canada!'

However, windmills DO have a bird kill problem

Elon Musk revealed a new spacesuit design and the news is saying "it looks like something out of Star Wars". Which is patently false - the Musk one looks like the suits straight out of 2001 A Space Oddessy, all glossy and plasticky. The entire aesthetic of Star Wars was going against that, so just labeling any space-tech looking thing as "right out of star wars" is the opposite of correct.

For clarity here are the pics Elon Musk posted, that look exactly like something out of "Star Wars":
