I think it's less obnoxiously loud and more boisterous and lively, though, for those countries. Though I don't believe I've heard the "loud German" one.

my roommate is being obnoxious.  he wakes up at 0330 to crap every day, thunders around on his heels, has shit loud obnoxious friends he cooks with on the weekends  and has some issues with hygiene.  anyone on b12 want to move to my state and pay half my rent with me?

My actual WTF here is that only ITMO and SPbGU are among the Russian winners - these are some of the top universities of St. Petersburg. I would have also expected to see MGU and MIEM HSE of Moscow among the winners, but it doesn't look like they even participated. That's pretty strange to me.

Can't say I resent them, but _{of course I do, damn northerners always taking all of our glory, second capital my ass, you know what we have that you don't? a sun, that's what. Assholes}

I say, pass them back to us, if they are being a bother. It has been rather empty since Norway walked out, and having Ingria would aid in snapping Estonia back up into the fold one day. I must say that you used the land more wisely than we did, St. Petersburg looks quite impressive, and after all, sun-light is nothing to fuss over. It comes back every summer, plenty of time to lap up enough to last over the winter.
I can assure you, after one year or so back under the gold and blue, they will be much less eager to give lip to old brother Moscow. Ve have vays.

Usually when i see an argument regarding giving kids trophies, its that they dont feel these kids are being made to work for that reward, are just getting a trophy for participating and nothing else. I literally got a participation trophy for playing on the 2nd grade soccer team, even though we never once won a game and really i was one of the worse players. A "worlds greatest dad" mug can be bought for $10, i think my employer sells them, or did, technically its not a trophy even if it was a given as a gift, unless he won it in a raffle or something, so i dont see how that detracts from his argument in itself. What exactly is weird about that?
