I don't think cats actually vocalize to each other as a means of communication, that's for their humans.

If you think cats don't vocalize to communicate you have never been around a large group of cats...

That said they are fairly quiet most of the time, they just meow and yell for attention, or hiss and spit when a fight is imminent. Sometimes they sing to each other (so to speak) below windows...

Could be one of those big wasps (We over here call them torso wasps). They're often still out and about after nightfall, always banging against windows and shit.

Surprising absolutely nobody, the trailer for the Emoji Movie reveals it to be the derivative ripoff of every kids' animated film made in the last ten years everyone expected it to be.

It's got everything: the main character who only wants to fit in, the Wacky Sidekick, a blatant Wyldstyle knockoff, the forced romance, the main character finding out they're great despite their flaws and weirdness, the weird glowy "woooooooow" scene, the overarching meta plot, everything.

The worst part is probably the number of big names somehow attached to this thing. The guy who played Deadpool voices the protagonist, and the crap guy at the end of the trailer is voiced by none other than [Patrick Stewart.]

Yeah, sort of, and my housemate confirmed that the cat is in season.

Still, she makes weird "r-r-r-rr-r-rrgh" noises normally, often prepending them to actual meows, but just as often using them on their own.
Never as loud as this, though. It's mildly annoying. At least it didn't keep me awake.
