I mean, yeah, but being "raised as female" implies that 1. Gwyndolin was born male and 2. identifies, by choice or not, as female. Making the distinction instead of just saying "Gwyndolin is Gwyn's daughter" is what changes it.

Im not sure they murderate every person who calls themself pope.  Even if they had some super loopy legal window to make a claim.  Because that would imply that the donpope would have had a serious claim on it.
