How many times do I need to tell people that this is fake?

I calculate you will need to repeat yourself n¹-1² times, where n is how long your desire to debunk things will hold out against entropy and despair. The real question is whether Old Man Henderson is A) Amusing and B) Plausible enough to get people to suspend their disbelief.

 So, anyone know if I could have made booze with naught but sugar, water, two tea bags, a pickle jar and the sun in only two days? Because thats what I think may have happened.

Give it a taste. If it tastes fine, it's probably fine. Two days shouldn't be enough for any notable amount of alcohol, though tannins or even carbonic acid may be present.

Well, if by 'booze' you mean a fraction of a percent of ethanol amid a bunch of other waste products, you may be correct. It takes a lot more effort than that to make something reasonably alcoholic.

Besides, no yeast. That means that ethanol is an unlikely waste product to be in there. More likely it's a bunch of interesting acids. Maybe some algae as well.

Not necessarily no yeast. No cultured yeast, maybe, but the very first booze types, as well as a minor but notable selection even nowadays (lambics et al) are spontaneous fermentation by basically whatever fell into the jar. And there are other microorganisms which produce ethanol on the similar scale to yeast, like the Zymomonas mobilis bacteria.

So basically, if you don't try some, you could be preventing the world from enjoying a fantastic and unseen-before type of alcohol.

My actual point here, though, is that you have about as much proof that Old Man Henderson is a hoax as I do that you aren't someone else's alt.

No, I have quite a bit more evidence then that. I actually have read the rules and the lore

Rules for Call of Cthulhu or Trail of Cthulhu? They played the latter but Waffle House Millionaire mistakenly referred to the former.

As for the lore, well, the GM can do whatever the hell they want with the lore. I, for one, have thrown the lore out the window and written every time I've run a tabletop RPG. :v
