I don't understand how somebody can grow old enough to operate technology like a smartphone or VR, yet be stupid enough (and you need a lot of stupid for that) to do crap like that.
Shouldn't they have darwin'd themselves before that?

...  It's possible "a friend of mine" snuck into a graveyard an hour after sunset for Ingress.  Jumping the fence was pretty easy despite the rain.
See, their was this special anniversary achievement about to drop, and its color would be dependent on what level you were at midnight that night.  Said "friend" desperately needed to farm some dense portals to hit level 9, and it was either this graveyard or driving around the weekend nightlife downtown... while playing.

The rain made it really creepy, since they couldn't hear if anyone was sneaking up on them.  The reflected city light made a usefully bright gloom though.  It was actually quite thrilling, or so I heard.
(Would have been better with a friend though)

So my friends invited me to play Black Ops 3 with them, they wanted to complete the Der Eisendrache easter egg. Of course, they're in a game when I get online, so I wait. Once they go down, I ask to join. Instead of an invite, I get "It might be too hard with four people, I'm not sure about this." Why did you invite me if you're not sure you want me to play? Make up your mind, people.

there's a difference between a graveyard and a PRISON though

like there's nothing actually DIFFERENT about a graveyard from any other rocky field, except it's slightly more fertilized and the rocks are in interesting shapes

where-as a prison will shoot you if they think you're an escapee

Terrorising us from beyond the grave, gj Oscar
Then you have to walk all the way back
Funnily enough, being denied this satisfactory honour would be something Oscar would dig... No grave-digging puns though

I may have accidentally rejected someone...
That' s okay. Unless you actually wanted to do the opposite. Then it's a problem.

-snip-

Are we sharing stupid stuff that people have done now? Because yesterday I heard that a tourist decided to cool down by taking a dip into the Niagara River. Just a couple feet before the falls. You know. Niagara Falls. The giant, world-famous falls with a massive drop, trecherous undercurrents, deadly rapids and one-of-a-kind whirlpool. The ones that only a single person has ever gone over without protective equipment and survived. That one.

Somehow the guy came back soaking wet instead of plummeting to his death like everyone expected. Needless to say the police were called and had a long chat with him.

Went to the bathroom at work, found that someone had crapped on the seat of both toilets, and in one of them they forgot to flush. I'm told this is unusual for the men's room, but not the women's.

I don't know.

Was kinda unexpected.
Then again, it was an accident.
It's probably best to just communicate with them if you think it's necessary.
