Apparently the military sort of sees themselves as protectors of the republic, so it's kinda the opposite of what you'd might expect a coup to be

Considering its Erdogan, if a portal to hell opened under turkey and satan took over, they'd be prob better off. But ye, the military in this specific case actualy seem to be aiming to fix turkey up rather than just taking power. If this is true, then they'll likely hand power over to a democratically elected leader once erdogan's cronies are mostly taken care of and the country gains back a significant portion of its stability.

Working on a spreadsheet to make missile designing in Aurora easier, and my formulas don't work properly for reasons I can't figure out. For some reason, if I randomly multiply one of the figures the game gives me by five, it comes close enough to the in-game values to account for in-game rounding. Why the hell this works, I don't know.

Usually when this happens, it's because one of the formulas is incorrect, due to Undocumented Code Changes™, the bane of every programmer.
