How did my postrate slow down so much, good grief.  I've been really distracted it seems.

This made me really confused since I read it as prostate rather than post rate.

Had to deal with a bunch of people at work who did not want to do their jobs right. Ended up leaving more than 10 minutes late because I was trying to cover the gap, during which I saw that two people left the racks of clothing they were putting on the sales floor out on the sales floor, instead of either finishing their damn job or at least bringing them back into the back area before leaving five minutes early. Spotted two of the hispanic women who work there very likely trying to shoplift, by one handing a bag to the other, and former going to the manager for a bag check while the other waltzes right out the front door. This morning I found evidence suggesting that someone is trashing the section of the store I'm assigned to re-balance every morning, and not simply doing a crappy job during the day.

On the way home, my mother and I are nearly hit by a pair of street racers careening through a back road - one of those that are barely wide enough for two cars going opposite directions. When I got home, I found that my stepdad went into my room, moved my laundry bag to the other side of the room and knocked over my garbage bag, spilling the contents on the floor.

A lot of people seem to think it is ok to prey upon people's kindness because they deserve it somehow for being stupid enough to help someone else.

Had to hear a LONG story once about how some person pretended to be horribly abused in front of people online in order to get free stuff in game.

I've seen people use it as a derogatory term for people protesting against borderline NSFW material outside of specifically designated for that shit places back in 2011/2012. It's pretty much the sole reason why I've switched from sorta liking MLP to being unable to even look at it without wincing.
