What's more, it's a sorcery that targets attacking creatures; a player can't cast it even if they have enough mana unless there is also a card that lets them play sorceries at instant speed.

Oh that twitter is pretty neat, if you don't know it.  It's all fake cards, randomly generated daily by an algorithm.  Sometimes they can't work, like this one.  Sometimes the sentences don't even make any grammatical sense, which is a bit disappointing.  But some of them are fun.
