A PhD is not the only type of doctoral degree.

We say PhD, we mean doctoral degree. It's a bad habit but whatever.

That said, it's absurd to say that medical practitioners (at least in the first world) operate legally without a doctoral degree.

AFAIK you "only" need a Bachelor of Medicine in NZ, along with hospital/clinic experience as a GP.

I just wish that you could toggle Bloody Mess. Sometimes I want people to explode into gibs, sometimes I don't want to have to pick through a field of gibs scattered across two city blocks to find the ones I haven't looted yet.

You can disable gore entirely in your Fallout4Prefs.ini file. Of course, this is pretty tedious to toggle and will, well, disable gore entirely, so it won't return to the level it was before the perk. Someone could probably create a mod that makes the perk only give the damage bonus, but I don't know much about that.

Yeah, but that's the thing, I don't want to disable gore. I like having the occasional limb pop off and head explode. I also like the damage bonus from Bloody Mess. It's just that the constant gibs get kind of dull and tedious after about twenty minutes, it turns that sort of blood explosion from a happy rarity into the mundane.

I am sick and tired. In the literal sense of the words.

My cold symptoms aren't so bad, I think that's mostly cleared up, but today I just feel unnaturally exhausted. 
I sat out in the sun for a while and that was mostly nice, but then it stopped being so nice and now I'm laying in bed feeling shitty. Maybe it has something to do with the overload of layers I am wearing, but I can't take them off or my cold would get worse. This is awful.

No, it defaults to blank.

Doesn't show up when you register, but you can change it whenever by going Change profile -> forum profile. You can also set your age and location to whatever.

I have it set to "not telling" and consider everyone either male or trans until proven otherwise.
Haven't failed me yet.

Also got into Anno 2070 recently.
I love how preachy the song titles are while the game itself was fairly moderate in preaching intensity.
You just look at the covers and see the song titles for the industrialists dorfs.

I know one female forumite, vs. knowing three trans (to female) forumites, off the top of my head, while others are indeterminate or male.  That is an odd balance...
