The guy involved has legitimate mental problems, and we don't discuss it because

1) It's in really poor taste.
2) Mentioning it out loud too many times might cause them to come back.
3) Toady said to stop talking about it for the reasons above.

Distributing it out loud increases the chance of it accidentally making its way to someone who is not aware of the above, and therefore potential trouble could arise.

I mean, I love all the music from Sonic Adventure and all of it's sequels and spinoffs, so that might explain it. But even I have to admit that His World is kinda iffy.
