In the "letter-by-letter word description" sense, the rest of the world uses spelt and spelled interchangeably for past and past participle.

And yeah, I know it's probably just the Mandela effect in action.

Actually a customer tried to pay me with canadian nickels and pennies. I refused, he finally found enough american change, and said he didn't care about the canadian change and just left it there.

God, Belgian cinema. Thought that they were taking the place of the French, what with Two Days, One Night. Saw The Brand New Testament. Not terrible, but unfunny, not really the black humour advertised, and kinda lazy. Also a bit of sneaky product placement in a scene that was meant to be emotionally charged, possibly. And, in true French style, the men all married women 5-15 years older than them.

Aaaaand, while watching a Dark Souls 3 LP, saw Aldritch, and he's pretty meh.

So a surprisingly disappointing set of experiences that should have been rather fine.

Nowhere in America is bi-currency, but Florida is a huge destination for (older) Canadian people, usually retirees.
