I just realised I've been forgetting to take my antidepressants for a couple of days, which explains the horrid drowsiness and headaches I've had today.

Well... yeah. You can use slurs in an observational manner, or in humour. Neither of which are bigotry, although they're not always appropriate. The Toad's banning policy seems to follow that logic - although I've had a couple of off-colour jokes deleted before, which is fair enough.
