News sites are particularly obnoxious when it comes to gratuitous advertising, paywalls, and demands to sign up for their shitty newsletters.
Something I always find funny are porn ads, which appear to have precisely 0 quality control.

People asking bogus questions to show off how much they know makes me irrationally angry. Sure, you could measure that in MeV/c if you wanted to, but there's literally no reason to do so (and especially to ask if you may do so) other than to show off that you know what MeV/c are used to measure. Like, grow up, man. This problem is easy to solve using standard momentum measurements.

Maybe it's because I'm used to showing intelligence leading to ostracisation or something. I'unno. It's as bothersome that it's bothersome as the normal bothersomeness.
