He is kinda right.
If you have 3 guys digging coal at the top of their ability but the strongest one digs 100 kilos/hour the average guy does 50 and the new guy can only do 25... and they all get the same pay it's only a matter of time before efficiency starts droping as the top dog realizes that there is no reason to excel.
Because hey we get the same rations anyway.

However it's weird that a "Perfect Communism" by his logic is imperfect anyway.
In a perfect communist society everyone would be equally (or close) effective and all goods would have been shared.
Ants are communist and they still exist and work for the greater good.

Problem being that humans are not ants so perfect communism is pretty much impossible.

I guess it depends a lot on how you define a "perfect" government. A perfect communism, for example, depends on everyone always excelling as hard as they can and finding pleasure in it, just as a "perfect" dictatorship would demand perfect obedience from everyone that is under it.

This made me think: what is a perfect dictatorship, really? A nation led extremely well by a single person, but how? There are so many different ways the leader could take the nation, it comes down to which of those ways is best, and oh hey, we're back at the starting point, looking for the best form of government.

Oh I outsource my reaction images to my dedicated team.

(Specifically I outsource presenting a number of possible images to google, then rely on them again to find the chosen image in the proper size, then rely on random other people to actually upload and host the image [that particular one comes from blogspot for example; I've literally borrowed it off of someone's blog, though I'll be damned if I know who's bandwidth I'm thieving ]).

Hilariously, every attempt at communism we have ever since have always resulted into dictatorships. Except the proletariat had almost nothing to do with it, after the initial revolution/destruction of the previous government :v
