In other news, the chemistry course at my college is having shenaniganry of the highest level going on. I'm glad I didn't take it this year now. They replaced a good teacher with an incompetent adjunct, and it's turning out... Clusterfuck-flavored.

Eh. The college my brother went to had to fire the chemistry teacher because he was teaching the students how to make meth. Needless to say, he was many people's favorite teacher.

Honestly a decent portion of the danger is due to who is typically making meth and the conditions they're making it in. High-school dropouts aren't trained chemists, and basements/RVs aren't proper labs.

Exactly. A well-trained chemist, who has access to a college-level chem lab? He can make pretty much whatever the hell he wants. Drugs? Easy. IIRC, there was someone who synthesized DNA in a college lab.

The problem has more to do with things like tests being entirely material not gone over in class, not assigning any homework or reading material, then using exams as "Makeup", not telling people what format he wants stuff in, and giving everybody Bs regardless of their performance.

I've know idiots. I've seen people be stupid. Hell, I've seen people throw knives at each other for fun. But What the actual f**k is wrong with that guy, if that is his teaching method?
