My wife is from Wisconsin. Her first year in the UK it snowed quite badly (for the UK) and everything ground to a halt. Couple of inches at best. She wondered why everyone was so bothered by the light sprinkling.

We live in Wisconsin now. I see her point...

It case you don't know this is a pendrive... with a 128 Mb capacity that pretends being 500GB

Keep in mind that fingers have more varied tissue layers which ups the difficulty of biting it off from the knuckle. Assuming there is enough tissue to matter anyway; don't know if you lot have noticeable fat at the finger base as I do.

Doubt it's true. Carrots seem hard but are quite brittle. And with fingers you would have to bite through bone instantly disqualifying fingers as something as easy to bite through as a carrot.
You could argue that you just need to bite the finger "between" the bones" but that means you already have to bite in a very specific spot (unlike a carrot).

It's like I'm trying to complete a jigsaw puzzle, but all the pieces warp in shape and size depending on where all the other pieces are, and I'm not even really sure what scene I'm trying to create with them in the first place. I'm doing some writing. One of my characters is having to react to several unusual things in a row. I couldn't think of more than one reaction so I copy-pasted it twice.

The carrot/finger thing is false.

Fingers are a lot stronger than carrots, so strong that in most cases attempting to bite off a finger doesn't actually fully remove it, simply resulting instead in only a partial removal of the digit.
