Is there a term for someone who is Simple as in "Is happy with the small things"

Versus someone who is simple as in "Mentally handicapped"?

I like to call people simple sometimes but it is the wrong word to use...

I guess "Cohort" would work.  Although, I prefer to use "Battle-Buddy".

So, in wtf...  I have a cold so it's hard to understand me, and I'm not thinking great, so when I went to Bojangles I accidentally got 6 blueberry biscuits instead of pieces of chicken

This sounds like the sort of thing I would do, right down to not complaining and just taking what I got.

The best part was I realized my mistake when she called the order back, but couldn't hear what she said.  I was too busy breathing carefully.  And it took like 5 minutes for them to actually fill the order, while I had no idea what was coming.

They're surprisingly good actually, I think they'd be flaky pastries but they're basically the same overbuttered biscuits but with blueberries in, and frosting over.  Most of them are in the freezer now though.

This is another troubling issue. Because most people outward appearance is a signal for your sex. Which quite frankly makes a lot more sense. The set of people who need to know what genitals you have is admittedly extremely small (generally limited to doctors plus anybody you happen to be in the same singles bar or dating website with, with those last two things only applying if you forsee either having a one-night stand or getting into a regular relationship serious enough to lead to intercourse), BUT the set of people who need to know your internal identity is even smaller and pretty much limited to just you.

EDIT:
If we completely eliminated both gender expression AND clothing nothing important would be lost overall (culturally; anthropologically); it would be a complete wash.

Obviously those who use the term 'associate' are very knowledgeable and sophisticated, capable of understanding new concepts reasonably quickly.
