I thought it was going to be a cirlcejerk about how Wikipedia was shit, but someone probably got salty over GG or something idk.

That's what I figured. Someone mentioned the GG page in passing as an example of biased wiki-editing. Nothing else in that thread had a history of drawing people into flame-wars on B12 and the discussion was more or less civil. Probably someone reported it for triggering them and Toady didn't want to take chances.

Speaking as someone who actually has a neutral pov, isn't involved with GG, isn't a woman on the internet, or a games journalist... I've read news articles about GG, and the Wikipedia article seemed perfectly accurate to me when I read it a few months ago.

Watching several coworkers attempt to operate three different high-power microwave ovens plugged into the same outlet at the same time, get confused/angry when the breaker gets overloaded, attempt to reset it, and try to operate them again.

While that was going on, I was eating my yogurt with a plastic knife since there were no plastic spoons(there were but I didn't find them until 2 hours later). I am surprised that it was nearly as efficient as eating yogurt with a spoon.
