From what research I did... there is NEVER EVER a need to buy expensive headsets...

Ok there are... There are a form of expensive headsets that are expensive because of the soft lining...

But there is no technological reason to go for more expensive ones... HECK when they tried to make cheap and good headsets they managed to do good at 25 bucks O_O

---

Also my head is a bit too big >_< most headsets press against my head hard. Either that or I am just overly sensitive to it.
Hence the expensive soft ones. You can't beat The Man, you know.

Stop saying were wrong you cant do that because were mentioning slavery youre racist

Funnily enough, one doubts there's as much general interest in the class and race demographics of anti-abortion campaigners, as oposed to the class (and race, its Eagleland after all) demogrpahics of their victims target audience.

I'd do a bit of research, but a quick google of "African American abortion statistics" took me to some places on the internet I decidedly wish to keep out of  ::)

How does a vocalist overlap their voice with their own? Like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBzD9VCaI1A&index=1&list=PLjKGrHT_h6TCdl63BiX2JVDtZYZvgzOJj

At one point you can hear her, well, twice. Also in Cosmic Gravity.

Pop music since the '50-60s has been recorded by dividing components into separate tracks that are later merged (and is how most commercial music of any genre is made today). So you could record one bit of drums, a different bit of drums, and all the other instruments in isolation and then overlap and loop them. The same goes for vocals, it's what led to the "wall of sound" phenomenon where there is never a moment of silence in some music. It's also a major reason why much of the heavily produced music is impossible to play live without just playing a recording and lip singing it, and why the vocalist or band often has very little relevance to a track's final production (the majority of the work being done by 1984-esque engineers trying to make it as catchy as possible).

The general stereotype of abortion is it is by a large a affluent white thing.

In that case, yea, its certainly the case of digital voice overlap. This is a pretty common technique though, and you don't even need to do an electronic overlap, all you need is a well trained co-singer that can sync their voice to yours while singing in a slightly different tonality so his/her voice doesn't overtake the main singer's voice. Of course, its cheaper to just digitally overlap the singer's voice, but like you said, its not exactly something that can be done live.

Seems pretty obvious to me. They've got to pay for it, after all.

Also there's the popular right-wing caricature of minority women wanting children to collect federal aid and/or child support.

Oh yeah. Ofc.

Well, I guess its better than the Republicans thinking that the african americans are all doing it.

The pro-life movement is a worryingly invasive thing. Anyone here noticed how fucking scarily pro-life young adult novels are :(

Nope. One of the new Doctor Who episodes was though, to its detriment. Ended up with a wishy washy weak ending.

Yeah, that weird one.

Except the" mother" didn't choose, in it, a random person from outside who was just better than them all, as she was a protagonist, acting on instinct chose. To let the weird thing live, rather than kill it, as was the mother's decision.

In a way, a whole lot weirder.

Has anybody ever heard of juice having clam extract in it? Because I now have seen one.

I was in the store earlier today and saw that V8 juice has a new brand called 'sea salt and clam chowder', I was like 'does this ACTUALLY have clam in it???', looked at the ingredients and yep, at the bottom was 'clam extract'. O.o

I didn't buy it though, not because I'm allergic to shellfish, only because the idea of clam juice in fruit juice sounds bleh.

To be fair clams are basically just lumps of mucus, and the average person drinks a bunch of snot every day when it drips down their throat from their nasal passages.
So it's nothing new.

Saw a car on fire on the way to work this morning. The entire engine compartment was engulfed, as was part of the front seat. It looked like(but I could be wrong) that the firefighters were trying to resuscitate the driver on the street. All my mom kept talking about was that she hoped the flaming car would explode. While we were driving next to it about 20-30 feet away.

So just got an email rejection for a job I applied to online but never interviewed for in person.  Normally not a big deal, but I must've applied to this job 9 or 10 months ago since I've been working since last June and haven't been looking for work since.
Most places I've applied to are only supposed to keep the application on file for 90-180 days. I think after that point the application should no longer be relevant as by then someone would have taken pity on you and hired you or you'd be so destitute from lack of income that you're no longer considered to be in the social class that should be allowed to work.

I hate Tuesdays.  Always have for pretty much my whole working career.  Today I feel like I've been tripping over my own shoelaces for half the day.  Made mistakes on simple things.

Tuesdays are the first day of my work week. Except this week. I had to work a big sale on Monday, after only a one-day weekend. Originally supposed to get Thursday off, they moved it to Saturday due to an incoming massive snow storm(21 inches expected), so they didn't want us to actually miss work for a day. While I can understand the reasoning, I am really tired.

Has anybody ever heard of juice having clam extract in it? Because I now have seen one.

If it's at the bottom of the ingredients list, that means that's the ingredient it contains the least of, you probably won't taste it. It's probably just there so they can claim it has clam in it.
