Thats pretty cool. I had a case of a missing ranger comming back as a wereass (don't ask) and jumping on his substitute while he hunted with a dog. I realized this would probably create an ever increasing numbers of wereasses if I just kept sending hunters out, so I had to send in a whole axedwarf squad to deal with them. At the time I never thought people turned so quickly, or even that people turned into werethings in fortress mode after being attacked. I thought it was an enemy that had wandered into the map before I realized it was a dwarf.

Because... out of every classical hero I ever seen... he is probably the dumbest.

It's a euphoric atheist Youtube channel rendition, but it's faithful and has decent production values.

Ehm, thats pretty much a rule of mythological storytelling  for heroes to do dumb mistakes and to totally ruin their lifes.
Unless they are Odysseus type hero.
But wait, he did totally break his chances to get home in any reasanoble time by yelling to son of Poseidon his name, so Polyphemus could ask Poseidon to avenge his eye.
