Would Jimmy Buffet be classed as country? If so, yes, then he would definitely be a strong argument in its favour.
I've always thought of his stuff as more... I dunno, "calypso" or whatever.

Buffet's genre is "Gulf and Western", a fusion of country with calypso-ey island-ey stuff

Anyone who had a real working quantum computer would use it to steal a lot of money, what with cracking encryption algorithms currently used in online transactions.

For what it's worth there's already a handful of banks and other secure databases that have moved to Post-quantum cryptography, and more are switching every year. This is one of those cases where everything important is going to switch long before a viable quantum computer is on the market, because as a rule of thumb banks don't like people stealing money.

So many wars. They'll be small but eventually the nations will begin to ally into blocks and set up international courts to solve disputes. Possibly even set up some sort of voting scheme between the nations to decide on general court policies and block actions. Eventually millions of nations will be on each side of a war and thousands of nations will be destroyed.

Right, because trusting absolutist rulers to keep their word when it disadvantages them works so well. No. Permanent sterilization the day they take office, ineligible if they already have children.

No, no, no. Not enough spectacle. The dictator can have as many children as they want, but all of them will be publicly fed to hungry lions as soon as they reach age 12. Existent children of age will be allowed one month of training, and then entered into a series of gladiatorial battles with said hungry lions until one of them eats the child. If you're going to do something like this, you should do it right, and when it comes to dictatorships nothing is more right than hungry lions.

No point banning the dictator from having kids. Just make it a rule that the dictator cannot name any relatives as heir.

Ah, adjust it then: they get sterilized while they're still potential successors, and the current dictator executes any that try to waffle, put it off, or do anything other than either accepting immediately or refusing and leaving forever. Not only does that avoid post-succession hesitation, it also creates a cultural environment conducive to perpetuating it; no dictator after the first is likely to be willing to allow their successor to not have to give just as much as they did for the right to lead, and the competition between those striving for the position will force potential dictators-to-be into line long before the moment comes.

It is a College/University... I know it is silly to say this but...

They petition and protest for fun. You really can't take it seriously.

People were spit on and essentially called race traitors for having the audacity to disagree with the protesters. That is totally unacceptable, and just because leftists are doing it this time around does not make it okay.
