Anyone who had a real working quantum computer would use it to steal a lot of money, what with cracking encryption algorithms currently used in online transactions.
I wouldn't.  Because that's theft.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Alright, how about just casually taking whatever information you want from every single database and email account connected to the internet?

Anything involving quantum anything is friggin' weird and makes no sense. As such we should be putting as much money as possible into working it into WMDs something with real-world applications outside of warfare.

I just thought...

Wouldn't it be interesting if Matchmaking games actually had a difficulty setting?

I was thinking (because of a video I saw) about Smurfing and I always knew that people smurfed more because it is actually more fun then playing the game legitimately for most people most of the time. Matchmaking doesn't let you control the difficulty curve and instead essentially puts the game on hard forever.

I can think of many games I played in the past that I would have never tried out if the game was set to hard and could never be turned off.

But in the end Smurfs just kind of push their problems onto the less experienced players and ruin it for everyone else.

Would Jimmy Buffet be classed as country? If so, yes, then he would definitely be a strong argument in its favour.
I've always thought of his stuff as more... I dunno, "calypso" or whatever.

For what it's worth there's already a handful of banks and other secure databases that have moved to Post-quantum cryptography, and more are switching every year. This is one of those cases where everything important is going to switch long before a viable quantum computer is on the market, because as a rule of thumb banks don't like people stealing money. :P

Alright, how about just casually taking whatever information you want from every single database and email account connected to the internet?
This, on the other hand, is much more likely to have serious repercussions. Google will almost certainly be safe, but I wouldn't put too much trust in smaller companies which will probably be rather reluctant to pay the money to switch all their software.

What the hell happened to Yale? http://yaledailynews.com/blog/2015/11/09/students-protest-buckley-talk/

It is a College/University... I know it is silly to say this but...

They petition and protest for fun. You really can't take it seriously.

It doesn't matter if you take it seriously. The perspective of media does matter, because it informs the uninformed whether they're anti-corporation hipsters or not.

It was Yales own newspapers that wrote this... Which is often written by other students.

But fine let me just ask. How many of the people there weren't Yale students? How many of them had to go even slightly out of their way for this protest?

Street Fighter IV actually has a "match only with players of higher skill" option.

I just realised that, in essence, the only form of government I'd be content with is one that involves me in a position of absolute power (and a very effective propaganda department).
