WTF:  I use AIM, Skype, SMS, and Steam to communicate.  But I happened to stop and notice gmail was blinking on my computer...  Important visit-information was sent via Google Talk :/

What's crazier, it was sent "1 minute ago" when I saw it.  Which is really cool since I haven't checked the computer in like an hour.
I wonder if it's just a glitch though, since he's offline :?
Also weird that it didn't show up on my android phone... this time.  Getting better all the time, Google!

Also I have a few more hours to tidy up than I expected, which is nice.  Time to play Iji finish up then play Iji.
or go back to trawling /r/falloutlore no bad, I can't even play it until after next weekend...

Basically, a very long line of multiple choice questions that, to some, is the most important measure of one's academic proficiency while to others seems pointless. It depends on the state, I think.

There's been an uproar this morning over a political cartoon on the other side of the country.
People are getting pissed off at the newspaper for printing it. The cartoon in question is pretty damn stupid, but since when is complaining about political cartoons a worthwhile thing to do? Are they supposed to be held to some high standard of quality? Are certain subjects just off-limits to them?
As far as I am aware such cartoons generally aim to offend at least someone.
When people are saying "this makes me embarrassed to be from [CITY]", well, it makes me embarrassed to be from Australia.
Or Earth in general, really.
