I hate /r/dwarffortress. I do not like going there at all.

...Is it the shitposts? But I go to /r/homestuck. I guess that place has about the same shitpost/content ratio as homestuck itself though, while /r/dwarffortress just makes me feel like "this is an incredible piece of software that could be used to do incredible things and you're laughin 'bout boobs or informing everyone of 8-year-old bugs"

i guess it's because i think the point of dwarf fortress is to embellish instead of just parroting what the game's giving out

What's funny is that it's known that if you replace the cube there with a power of 9 (or any higher number), the resulting series will converge. But any lower, and it suddenly becomes a mystery

Checker's just screwed up my order. They had a drive-thru order at the same time they were doing mine, and gave me that one. I ate it because it's a 20-25 minute walk round-trip, and the order I got was twice as pricey.
