Well, I may have chosen the wrong word. It flashed with a blue electrical spark and stopped working when I tried turning it on. It didn't, like, explode or anything like that.

That's most probably because of crappy current/voltage stability, so it probably burnt out because it got kinda overloaded when you flipped the switch, happens sometimes.

We've got a few that speak pretty cheerfully about regular heavy drinking. Call it alcoholism and you might get a different response out of 'em, but framing doesn't change the act itself, nor what it leads to.

Some of us have email accounts there. Sometimes, browsers decide the search engine one really wants to use is bing, despite one using google books, boogle statistics, etc, which I am fairly sure Bing does not have.
