I hate soft-dough pizzas. I always feel like the dough isn't the right mixture and it's undercooked as well.

... fun note: One of the easier ways to eat melty pizza is to just fold the thing in half and eat it like a calzone. No cutting, no slices, just start eating from the outside and work your way in.
