I just played League for the first time in months.

Every match just about everyone who talked was friendly and easygoing, and most matches people cooperated without any chiding. Am I on Bizarro-Earth right now?

Horse_ebooks was a mysterious twitter account from the old days, that basically made strange, cryptic and often hilarious tweets about random stuff that may or not be related to ebooks about horses. It was thought to be a spambot for a long time, untill it was revealed to be some really odd sort of performance art project, and was eventualy closed down.

Correction: It was a spambot for a long time, then it got bought out and made into only a semi-spambot, with the spamming algorithm changed and some posts put in manually (the people who bought it claim that every tweet was made manually, but there's no way you can convince me there was someone who posted a nonsense book excerpt every hour on the hour for two years).

I USUALLY don't recommend "reviewer" episodes on here because... for the most part they are entertaining and for the most part you guys know what you like better than I do.

But WOW is Phelous' "Bad episodes of Ghost Busters" review really informative of just how crazily sexist and racist the people who run the network are.

I mean REALLY sexist... Like... "Girls only like motherly characters" without doing any research.

If you EVER wanted like a paint by numbers of what Networks often think about people and children in general, and explain where "Girl shows" came from, then goodness watch at least 10 minutes of it...

It is technically a part 2... but honestly just watching 10 minutes of it... I think it is something everyone should see at one point. I warn you, that his humor is very... Canadian.

Also I am surprised how dumb you can be even when you have a PHD... but then again a PHD in "soft sciences" without doing "Hard Science" to back it up always means you are talking out of your butt.

Honestly why are so many soft sciences still borderline pseudo-sciences?

That's not confined to the social sciences, Neo. Academics are still people, and worse, they're ones that spend less time than normal on mundane things. Hence, they still try to talk about things they don't understand and have the added bonus of sometimes being complete social incompetents and/or incapable of doing routine things reliably.
