Ehhh I find that with most sicknesses bedrest doesn't actually help it is just a patch and you can run around all you want and get better.

I've almost never had an illness that got worse the less I had bedrest.

I broke a Python module so hard that a function is returning objects from a data structure that were removed from that data structure before the function call. Or at least, that's what it looks like. That should be impossible, so obviously something bizarre is going on that I just don't understand, but still.

From what I've read it's a 4th wall concept of realising that you're playing a game and can modify the game. Even within the game lore, characters can realise they're in a game and modify things the same way.
